All shipping is free for domestic orders. It will vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. For custom orders, I do my best to ship within 1-2 business days of completion.

I offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unopened items purchased from our store. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are not accepted for custom orders, however, within 3 days of receiving your order, I will do my best to correct any issues/concerns you may have.

For custom orders, email your request, along with a photo, to intertwinecouture@yahoo.com. After receiving the request, I will send a measurement chart for specific measurements if needed. Once I receive your chart, I will contact you to discuss design options, color(s), cost, and completion time.

Completion times vary according to each order. Most accessories and home decor take 1-2 days, and wearables can take up to 1 week. Keep in mind that orders with multiple items may take longer to make. This will be discussed at the time the order is placed.
